I chose the WWF logo. It displays the Gestalt principle of closure. Our perception of this image makes it appear whole to us even though it’s not, our mind completes the figure visually. To reiterate this fact, I also chose the NBC and Playboy logo. As one can see, the panda is not complete, there are gaps, but our visual perception lets us complete the image. The WWF logo also uses figure ground, much like the NBC logo. One can see a figure using the white space. It is clear the WWF logo is a panda and the NBC logo is a peacock.
